So, I have been using Springdale Title company out of OH for the past several months, and I wanted to give a shout out to their excellent customer service! They have been on top of all the issues that may come up on title, and they handle it like no body's business. The other day I had a client who had a question about how the taxes were prorated, not only did they give me rave reviews for how Lisa Severt handled her questions, but the speed in which she was called by Lisa. That's why I really like working with Springdale Title. They are fast, effective, and very customer service oriented. That goes for their agent partners, and their buyers and sellers.
